(1) Does not include 210,783 shares owned by Sysorex Consulting, Inc. ("Sysorex Consulting"). The Reporting Person is the majority shareholder of Sysorex Consulting but has no control over the investment decisions or portfolio securities owned by Sysorex Consulting.
(2) The shares are held directly by SVI ("SVI"). The Reporting Person is the majority shareholder of SVI and may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with regard to the reported shares held by SVI.
(3) The shares are held directly by the 1999 Qureishi Family Irrevocable Trust (the "1999 Trust"). The Reporting Person is a trustee of the 1999 Trust and may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with regard to the reported shares held by the 1999 Trust.
(4) The shares are held directly by the Qureishi 1998 Family Trust (the "1998 Trust"). The Reporting Person is a trustee of the 1998 Trust and may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with regard to the reported shares held by the 1998 Trust.
(5) The shares are held directly by Cap Invest Inc. ("Cap Invest"). The Reporting Person is the majority shareholder of Cap Invest and may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with regard to the reported shares held by Cap Invest.
